Acceptable Use Policy

Covey is for legitimate restaurant, ordering, payment, and owner-operations workflows.

Do not use Covey to:

• Access accounts, systems, customer records, payment flows, or domains without authorization.
• Send spam, unsolicited marketing, misleading promotions, or messages without required consent.
• Impersonate a person or business or misrepresent the origin of messages, orders, reviews, or payments.
• Commit fraud, payment abuse, refund abuse, chargeback abuse, fake orders, or deceptive activity.
• Upload malware, credential theft, spyware, or harmful code.
• Collect, expose, sell, or misuse personal information without legal rights and proper notice.
• Harass, threaten, discriminate, or publish hateful, explicit, exploitative, or illegal content.
• Bypass security, Turnstile, rate limits, billing systems, provider restrictions, or approval gates.
• Violate Stripe, Google, Cloudflare, Supabase, WhatsApp, email-provider, or other connected-provider terms.

Enforcement

Covey may warn, limit, suspend, terminate, block, remove content, preserve evidence, or report suspected illegal activity where appropriate.
