Synthesized the Covey icon palette from Toast + Cash App + Resy + Stripe. Authored the cream-cinnamon body / near-white belly / dark tail recipe. Without D, we still ship Logo.js at 192px and lose on Maria's home screen.

Full PWA manifest spec, icon sizes table, iOS apple-touch quirks, common-mistake list. Took the wiring off the critical path.
How this team works
All 5 agents run in parallel via the Claude Agent SDK in background mode. Each gets a self-contained brief (locked constraints, variables, output format) and returns a structured deliverable. The main thread merges their outputs into the next iteration.
The unlock combo: Agent D's synthesis seeds a starting palette ? Agent A's critique loop drives it to 8.5+/10 with hex-level fixes. Agents B + C de-risk positioning and bound the lanes. Agent E preps the deploy spec in parallel.
The design lab and legacy logo artifacts are retained privately for internal recall, while public surfaces use the current Covey mosaic mark.
